METAL-FREE ZIRCONIUM IMPLANTS

IMMEDIATE IMPLANTS
Immediate load implant protocol has specific requirements for bone dimensions and density in order to be applied successfully. Careful consideration and evaluation is done before making a decision to use the method. The term “immediate implants” covers three protocols: extraction of a tooth with immediate implant placement (case 1); implant placement in healed area and immediate loading with a temporary crown out of occlusion (case 2); or in rare cases – extraction, immediate implant placement and immediate loading with a permanent crown (case 3). The last situation is a standard when using basal implants. Once confirmed as a good candidate, the patient’s benefits are outstanding: reduced bone loss, conservation of the papilla (the gum tissue wedging between the teeth), improved aesthetics, reduced trauma and reduced treatment time. SHORT IMPLANTS
In July 2006 our team introduced for first time in Eastern Europe the Innova Endopore dental implant system designed for highly deficient bone. Thanks to its microporous structure, the Endopore becomes “knitted” within the bone, rather than screwed in it. This is one of the sinus lift alternatives that we offer. Another way to avoid traumatic sinus elevation surgery would be a minimally invasive internal lift procedure, or our custom-made endosteal-subperiosteal hybrid implant.
