A thorough examination will be performed to check your teeth, gums, other soft tissue and TMJ (jaw joint). We use the least harmful digital x-ray technology. For your (and our) convenience, the x-ray image taken with this last generation piece of equipment will be seen on the integrated LCD screen at the time it is taken. The structure of your teeth and underlying bone will be evaluated on xrays, tomographic slices, intraoral photos and during the actual clinical exam.
